Nothing ruins the world like an impending ice age. (It certainly ruins the hell out of the Summer Olympics.) One day you're kicking it, lounging in a Hannah Montana beach chair, sand and crab gristle nestling between your toes, the sun's warm kiss tickling your face, an alcoholic cherry Slurpee loosening your inhibitions, while you obsessively contemplate whether you have volcano nipples. And the next day you're carrying around Louie-Bloo Raspberry Otter Pops in your shorts while your morning commute consists of bobsledding to work. And you forgot beef stroganoff original recipe your brakeman.
During the Second World War, slow cooker stroganoff has already reached China and it has been served in many exclusive hotels and restaurants. That is also the time when the Chinese created their version of the dish in which they do not add sour cream but they top it on rice. In United Kingdom, they use a white wine based creamy sauce to compliment the beef flavor rather than the original sour cream. A 'kettlebell' or girya (Russ.) is a russian stew cast iron weight that looks like a cannonball with a handle. Its simplicity and ease of use makes the kettlebell the ultimate tool for extreme total body fitness for women of all ages and body types. beef stew - Stew meat can run five dollars or more a pack. Commonly it is just the scraps from cutting your pot roast and round steaks. So take that leftover roast and chop it into cubes. Toss this in a stew pot with two cans of tomato sauce, a can of corn, a can of greenbeans, a can of peas, a packet of stew seasoning, four peeled/chopped potatos and two cans of water. Bring to a boil, stirring occassionally. Then let simmer another hour or so, continuing to stir on occassion. Alternatively, if you are going to work, throw the ingredients into the crockpot on low all day. This is a great meal for those winter months to heat your bones. The first player must make one body movement (e.g clap his/her hands, shrug his/her shoulders, wave a hand, pinch one ear). The kid next to the first player must repeat this movement then add another one. The third kid on the circle must repeat those first two gestures in the proper order then adds a new one. This game continues 'round the big circle. If one player is not able to remember the movements or intermixes the movements' order, the player exits the game. The single player that remains up to the final round wins the game!
